William Bird recently made a presentation discussing recent developments in the law impacting employer considerations under the Americans with Disabilities Act as part of a National Business Institute seminar entitled "FMLA and ADA: A Critical Compliance Guide." Human resources professionals and local attorneys attended the seminar and heard Bird cover various issues under the ADAAA, including whether an employee is "disabled" under the Act and whether an individual is "qualified under the Act.
