Dover Dixon Horne welcomes Scout Snowden as a law clerk

Dover Dixon Horne is pleased to announce Scout Snowden has joined the firm
as a law clerk.

Scout is a Juris Doctor candidate at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s William H. Bowen School of Law and expects to graduate in May. He currently ranks in the top 10% of his class, serves as Associate Editor of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review and is President of the school’s chapter of
The Federalist Society.

While in law school, Scout has worked as a legal fellow for French Hill during his successful campaign for reelection to the United States House of Representatives for the 2nd District of Arkansas. Scout also spent a year as a Research Fellow for the National Agricultural Law Center, where he wrote articles on legal issues affecting the agricultural industry.

Scout earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science with minors in Agricultural Business and Legal Studies from the University of Arkansas.
