DDH client Lexicon Holding Co.’s growth surges despite the loss of founder and COVID-19 pandemic

This week, DDH client Lexicon Holding Co. was ranked no. 10 out of 75 of Arkansas’ largest private companies based on 2020 fiscal revenue. Additionally, it ranked no. 1 in revenue growth, with its revenue growing by more than half from $530 million to $817 million this past year.

With the death of their founder, Tom Schueck in March 2020 and the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic, son Patrick Schueck was still determined to see to the company’s success.

Lexicon’s 2020 performance included their continued work with Nucor and Big River Steel,  the start of a Tesla job in Austin, and nationwide work for Amazon.

Schueck stated that the senior management team has really stepped up and held to their values of “People first, quality first, and safety first,” in addition to innovation.

Lexicon also contributed to local healthcare professionals by creating metal brackets for plastic face shields without accepting profit from it. Schueck stated, “I’m damn proud. I know my dad’s smiling.”
