Column on State Taxes and Business Qualifications Published in JMTI

Issues surrounding qualifications to transact business and state tax obligations often overlap and affect each other. The complex interplay of these requirements was addressed in a recent column coauthored by DDH attorney Matthew Boch in the Journal of Multistate Taxation and Incentives: "The Problems of Dual Administration: Traps for the Unwary in the Relationship of Qualifications to Do Business and State Tax Compliance."
