Over 35 years experience as a trial lawyer and as a construction lawyer. Served as trial lawyer in securities, contract, errors and omissions and casualty disputes, as well as construction and business litigation. Represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and architects and engineers. Counsel to individuals and companies for trials, appeals, arbitration, and mediation. Member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, and the Forum on the Construction Industry and the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association. Serves on the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association [Commercial/Construction]. Certified Mediator by the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. Member, Association Of Attorney-Mediators.
Other Activities
President of the Arkansas Bar Foundation (1983-1984); Secretary of the Arkansas Bar Association (1976-1978); elected to the City of Little Rock Board of Directors in 1988 and served from 1989 to 1992.
